He has been actively involved in Institute affairs for more than twenty years. He specialised in transaction services and forensic work and from 2001 to 2006 was Ernst & Young's risk management partner for the U.K.

Jeremy specializes in executive search focused on financial officers in Europe. Clients include public and private companies as well as private equity and venture capital portfolio companies. He is chartered accountant and has previous international experience in senior financial roles in a variety of sectors.

Richard produced the first OECD economic survey of China in 2005, drawing on his experience of analysing the US and Japanese economies. He is currently working on a similar project for India to be published in the autumn. he produces regular reports on the Indian and Chinese economies.

Lionel has over 24 years of experience in transaction services and specialises in M&A, reorganisations, management buy-outs, hostile bids and bid defence. Recent experience includes $2 billion IPO of an Indian mining group; £1bn public to private of housebuilder McCarthy & Stone; and £400m acquisition by Heinz of the HP sauces business from Danone.
